On November 13-16, Zion TV Channel 44 Phoenix, Arizona Presented Raquel In: "A Woman`s Soul" "Alma De Mujer" - November 24, 2008
Raquel was invited by Zion TV Channel 44 and Zion Magazine from November 13 to November 16 of 2008. Zion TV and staff took Raquel in a mini tour around Phoenix singing and sharing the story about her music ministry and her missionary project with the Wema-Home women and children in Benin, Africa.
She was interviewed live on the program "Alma De Mujer" on channel 44 and during that time Raquel was able to sing live, pray and talk to the audience as they would call to the TV station.
Phoenix got to know about her childhood, her life as a musician, her music, her testimony and her mission in Benin, Africa but most of all about the sincere love that Raquel has for people and the immense meaning and positive impact that God has in Raquel`s life.
These are pictures of the wonderful, sincere, real and loving friends that I met in Zion TV Channel 44 in Phoenix, Arizona. They gave me so much love during my stay. I thank them and I love them with all of my heart. They will never be forgotten! God is in their hearts!

Saturday October 25 The PraiseHim Music Spot Was Promoted Publicly At The 6th Largest Music Fall Festival In Orlando, Florida. - October 30, 2008
The PraiseHim Music Spot website was inspired and given by God to Evita Pena, now the president of PriaseHim Music Spot and the Association. This will be the the largest cybernetic Christian hispanic webpage on the internet that will promote Christian Spanish artists and their music and it will provide in one community all the necesary resources and services of the music industry to the already established artists and musicians and specially to the new artists that are rising in the Christian Spanish industry.
Raquel Martinez is now working with PraiseHim Music Spot as the official Evangelist for the website and as Director of Public Relations for PraiseHim Music Association. The future of PraiseHim Music Association looks bright and promising with music awards, festivals, evangelism and much more coming our way. We ask to please, keep us in your prayers.
October 25th Was The Largest 6th Fall Music Festival of The Year 2008, Held In Orlando, Florida. - October 27, 2008
The Hispanic Adventist Central Church in Orlando was able to present the largest Chriatian Music Festival of the year, held on Saturday October 25th at 5:30 p.m. in the afternoon. For the first time they had Rodolfo Vázquez from Chile and the group fo Mariachis Renacer from Mexico.
During performance we were able to enjoy famous well known Christian bands like: Crusified With Christ, Divine Mision, Chosen For Christ, Jasmin Cabrera, Elton Miranda and soloist, guitarist and composer Raquel Martinez. Raquel Martinez was able to perform live with the famous internationally known pianist Barkley from Palm West, Florida.
The concert was truly a success! All the musicians were able to present to the audience, never herd before, new songs from their brand new Album productions. Thank you to the Music Director and planner and organizer Jose Corredor and Producer Carlos Mendez from Thomastudio for such a magnificent festival presentation.
6to Festival Musical de Otoño`08
La iglesia Adventista Central Hispana de Orlando presento el 6to Festival Musical de Otoño más grande del año el Sábado, Octubre 25 del 2008 a las 5:530 pm de la tarde. Por primera vez se tubo como invitado especial desde Chile a Rodolfo Vázquez y el conjunto Mariachis Renacer Mejicano.
Se presentaron participaciones especiales de cantantes y grupos profesionales reconocidos los cuales presentaron al publico sus nuevas producciones de sus discos como; Crusified With Christ, solista, guitarrista y compositora Raquel Martínez, el grupo Chosen For Christ, Jasmin Cabrera y Elton Miranda y el grupo Misión Divina. Algunas de las participaciones musicales fueron interpretadas con bandas y músicos en vivo.
Fue un día de alegría y lleno de alabanzas musicales para Dios y para nuestro deleite. Gracias a nuestros auspiciadores como El Director Musical Joseph Corredor y el Productor Carlos Méndez de Thomastudio, Crusified With Christ, A-1 Auto Exchange Inc. y el restaurante de Cuban Sandwishes In Town en Orlando, Florida. La entrada fue gratis para la comunidad y para nuestro público presente.
Story of Margate Youth Concert Held On Saturday, August, 30, 2008 In Florida - September 2, 2008
The Youth Concert was held Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 5:30pm in the afternoon. It was a blast! The audience was interacting with me during the concert, talking to me, laughing and singing.
They really enjoyed it and I was very happy that I was able to bring a little joy into their hearts and into my heart. I met some of my old friends that I had not seen in a long time and also new friends.
My favorite part is when they hug me and tell me with a big smile on their faces how much they enjoyed my music and the concert. In this particular concert I felt a big and close connection with the audience.
They expressed to me that they felt like if they were family to me and knew me for a long time. I was real and really down to earth and extremely sincere and friendly with them.
They loved the short stories between the songs and the reasons why I wrote them. I simply love singing and sharing my music from my heart with my friends, family and the audience. I love people!!! They are awesome!
